We ship with Aramex, FedEx, Delhivery, and India Post. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, in our experience, most of our orders pass through customs without any additional charges.

When customs and import duties do apply, they are determined entirely by the destination country's customs department, not by us or the courier. The amount varies by country and order. Every country assesses shipments differently, and we are unable to predict or control what, if anything, will be charged.

If a customs fee does come up, the shipping agent will send you an invoice directly before delivery. Please complete the payment, so your order can reach you. If a shipment is undelivered due to unpaid duties, there will be no refunds/store credits.

Deliveries

Smooth Deliveries - To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure that:

  • Your contact number, complete address, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing your order
  • If delivery is within India, please mention an Indian contact number

We recommend choosing a prepaid payment method at checkout. Prepaid orders have fewer touch points in the delivery process, making coordination smoother and delivery faster and efficient.

Tracking - Once your order ships, tracking details are automatically sent to the email and contact number mentioned in your order. If you'd like them sent to a different number (also if you are gifting), please message us here.

Attempts - Deliveries are attempted 3 times before a return is initiated. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping costs will be charged to you.

We are not liable for delays caused by wars, civil unrest, restrictions by local authorities and/or natural disasters.

Returns & Exchanges

All our products go through a strict and multi-layer quality check, and we hope you never need to return a purchase. And if something isn't right, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right for you. Please reach out to us at hello@raamae.com or WhatsApp and we will guide you through the process.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Here's what applies:

Eligible In-stock items in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags intact — within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges can be made for any in-stock item of equal or higher value.
Not eligible
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Accessories — journals, yoga bags, pouches, burlap tote bags, headbands (unless received damaged)
  • Used or washed items
  • Items purchased on sale or with a promo code, except the 10% first-purchase code (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Items purchased on our Imperfect Sale
  • International orders (Orders delivered outside of India)
  • Items purchased from our stockists

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at hello@raamae.com or message us on WhatsApp here with an image of the item and its packaging within 72 hours of delivery. Issues reported after 72 hours cannot be considered for replacement or return.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued as store credit within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed on any future purchase on our website.

How It Works

  • Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • We'll assign a courier partner to pick up your return package.
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we'll dispatch your exchange or issue store credit within 24 hours.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing them. After this window, our warehouse team would have already begun processing your order, making it difficult for us to stop or amend the dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations and amendments are not possible. In case of cancellation, the purchase amount is not refunded — you may exchange for another product of equal or higher value, or receive a store credit valid for 6 months.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for cancellation.
